Meet our team of amazing coaches

  • Sara Bovitz

    MD

I transitioned to coaching after a career as a hospitalist physician. I am passionate about this work, because I know that we sometimes need a thinking partner in order to recognize our own truth, envision our own path forward, and claim our own joy.

As your coach, I will create safe space for exploration and growth, offer opportunities for perspective-shifting insights, and nurture a co-creative relationship centered on you and your goals — whatever they may be, and wherever they may lead.

  • Tracy Asamoah

    MD, ACC

I am a certified leadership coach, child and adolescent psychiatrist, and writer dedicated to helping leaders grow and change meaningfully. My over 20 years of experience practicing psychiatry helped me cultivate a whole-person approach to coaching that gets to the heart of what drives us.

My experience as a psychiatrist has given me a deep understanding of how our brains shape our behavior, and I bring that neuroscience insight into my coaching practice.

My passion truly ignites when I’m coaching leaders at different stages of their careers- be it emerging leaders, those in transition, or those navigating challenging changes or crises. I’ll help you solidify your leadership identity, clarify your leadership role, and develop the skills and resources to flourish as a leader.

  • Sue Wells

    RN, MSN, WHCNP

I’m a Board Certified Nurse Coach, with 20+ years of experience supporting women to thrive through life transitions with a sense of vibrance, joy, creativity and confidence.

Health follows wholeness, and you are a whole being. We all are. Yet you have blind spots. We all do. In my years as a coach, nurse, and nurse practitioner, I’ve helped women to trust themselves, and live a life that feels fulfilling, not just too full. Let’s partner together. I’II be me, you’ll be you and change will happen.

  • Liz Heichelbech

I am an author, artist, educator, and creativity coach who has experienced the joy of intuitive art making as a wellness practice first-hand. My expertise lies in helping others experience the benefits of process-based “artventures” across a range of disciplines, from writing to improv to drawing and painting.

I taught middle and high school English Language Arts, Theatre, Dance and Art for fifteen years in a top ten Massachusetts school district; led the Secondary New Teacher Mentor Program for eight years; and was an instructional coach and professional development leader for five years. I was the director of the Boston Women’s Improv group for two years. I specialize in helping creatives – and those who wish to be – navigate change creatively to become the artists of their lives.

    MD

As your coach, I am committed to being your thought partner and a champion for your priorities, your dreams, and your future.

Where we start and where we end is entirely up to you.

Whether it's a full on overhaul or tiny tweaks to incremental change, I’m ready to support you.

  • Charlotte Nelson

    MD

I am a wife, mom, doctor, coach and internal medicine hospitalist. I spend 70% of my time in clinical practice and 30% in medical directorship activities. I am currently serving as the Chair of the Department of Medicine.

The most powerful concept that I have come to understand is that our thoughts control our experience of everything around us. We have control over our experience of our life. I want to help you explore your mind, see your thoughts, and learn to think with purpose. While I work with clients from all backgrounds, I am passionate about helping healthcare workers reclaim their power.

  • Namrata Ragade

    MD, CPCC, ACC

I am a board Certified Internist and Infectious Disease physician who has practiced as a hospitalist and has now pivoted to Palliative care and Hospice.

I am especially passionate about helping clients who often struggle to share their thoughts and are serving in leadership positions.

I’m a keen believer in well-being, helping my clients stay centered and maintain a sense of calm, while they move towards their goals.
